We offer extrusion for aluminium alloy 1070, 6005, 6061, 6063, 6082, as well as special alloys, with extrusion profiles measuring up to 300mm in CCD (Circumscribing Circle Diameter) and extrusion length up to 12 meters. Mechanical Properties (based on ASTM Standard)

Temper Designation
F - As fabricated i.e. there is no special control over the temper of such material and it is normally in the as-extruded condition. No mechanical limits are specified.
T4 - Solution heat-treated and naturally aged to a substantially stable condition.
T5 - Air-cooled from the extrusion temperature and artificially aged to improve mechanical properties.
T52 - Cooled from an elevated temperature shapping process and the artificially aged to specified minimum and maximum strength levels.
T6 - Solution heat-treated nad the artifically aged. These products normally water quenched at the press.
T6511 - Applies to extruded rod, bar, profiles and tube and to drawn tube when stretched the indicated amount after solution heat treatment or after cooling from an elevated temperature shapping process. These products may receive minor straightening after stretching to comply with standard tolerances.
