| Natural Weathering – Florida Exposure |
| 24 months exposure – excellent gloss retention. Neglible chalking |
The ALBECoat Fluorocarbon finishing is a high-quality process which involves thinly applying wet-paint to workpieces via electrostatic spray to form a film which is further heated to polymerize and cure the coating. Fluorocarbon (PVDF) uses 2 coats or 3 coats system i.e. the electrostatic spray gun applies liquid paint two or three times on to the profile.
This excellent finishing process is:
- Resistant to extreme weather, fading and ultra-violet degradation
- Very durable
- Easy to maintain
Both our powder-coating and fluorocarbon finishings are popular and highly sought after because they are:
- available in multiple colours
- available in several finishings (low, semi and high-gloss)
- environmentally friendly
- able to offer better colour consistency, and
- able to provide better protection for high-traffic areas
