With high accuracy and sophisticated technology, our production facilities are capable of delivering extrusions of multiple sizes and mill finish to boost special-requirement lengths of up to 12 meters. Imported from UBE Japan, our extrusion presses are equipped with quenching boxes from Cometal, Italy, which ensures proper cooling of the profiles to the required tensile strength. In addition, we achieve consistency and quality in our offerings, supported by our advanced machinery such as billet heaters and long shears as well as the double pullers from Cometal Italy, and Granco-Clark, USA. With total overall capacity of 100,000 metric tonnes per annum, our fully integrated 4,300-tonne extrusion press is also capable of producing extrusion profiles up to 300mm in CCD (Circumscribing Circle Diameter) with 11" billet size.
